Resume of Larry Dattilio Lawrence D’Attilio is a fine art photographer whose work has covered various locations in the world. His work has been seen in Hanoi, Vietnam, Milan, Italy, and Milwaukee and Brookfield, Wisconsin. In addition to his fine art work Lawrence performs assignments in the areas of special events, fashion and portraiture. He co-founded and co-directed the Bathhouse Gallery and the Photography Collectors Gallery in Milwaukee, which specialized in investment quality photographs by artists of international stature. He also is a co-founder of the Coalition of Photographic Arts, www.copamilwaukee.com, an organization of 150 artist photographers that grew out of a series of informal meetings he started . In September of 2006, the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Art’s first Hidden River Outdoor Art Festival took place, which he helped to found and organize. Though he has been continually photographing since he was eight years old, Lawrence simultaneously had a 31-year career as a bassoonist with several large American symphony orchestras. In the 1980s he flew over one thousand hours as a general aviation pilot.
